We use secure infrastructure, controlled access, and established data protection practices to help safeguard client, learner, and platform information.
How we protect data

- Limited access to client and learner information
- Ongoing platform monitoring and maintenance
- Internal privacy, security, and data protection review processes
Data and AI use
Beyond Role Plays uses AI and voice technologies to support role play practice, scoring, feedback, and learning insights.
We retain only the information needed to deliver the service, support platform performance, troubleshoot issues, meet legal or contractual requirements, and improve the learner experience.
We do not sell learner data. We do not use learner data for advertising.
Governance
Privacy, data protection, and security are overseen by designated senior leadership. This includes access practices, internal processes, vendor safeguards, and incident response.
We continue to review and improve our practices as the platform grows and client needs change.
